  • Essentials: Deployment of the product’s main features, with 1st level support for configuration and production deployment.
  • Advanced: offer for deployment over a broad functional scope, including advanced functionalities, as well as extensive support for solution production roll-out.
  • Dedicated: Tailor-made offer for deployment over a very broad functional scope, with a high volume of users, in complex environments, or with advanced service level requirements. A project scoping session is held with a cyberelements expert consultant, to build a customized proposal for deployment services.

The RACIA Contract

By subscribing to the Remote Assistance, Consulting and Integration Agreement  (RACIA, you benefit from services provided by cyberelements experts, on demand and quickly. These services, of which the terms and conditions are agreed in advance, give you greater flexibility, with the possibility of scheduling consulting and assistance services very quickly, while reducing administrative procedures.

Under the RACIA contract, cyberelements’ experts provide you with:

  • Assistance in qualifying a new requirement and defining a suitable configuration solution
  • Assistance with maintenance / Operational maintenance
  • Support for IT integration (supervision, backup, maintenance plan, etc.)
