This strategic move aims to accelerate the success of cyberelements across Europe and key cybersecurity markets.
In 2025, Systancia significantly strengthened its profitable growth trajectory, recording a marked increase in profitability driven by the success of cyberelements, its native SaaS Zero Trust IAM platform, which delivered strong growth in SaaS revenues. This momentum is underpinned by cyberelements’ ability to deploy a full platform in just three minutes, enabling organisations to secure access to both IT and OT environments. Against this backdrop of rapid acceleration, Systancia is reinforcing its leadership team by welcoming Xavier Lefaucheux as Chief Revenue Officer.
After contributing to the growth of leading technology companies such as Juniper, Stormshield (Airbus Group), and WALLIX, Xavier Lefaucheux joins Systancia to help take the company to the next level. Holding an MBA from HEC and bringing extensive operational experience, he will leverage his deep market expertise to drive ambitious expansion in France and internationally, with Europe, the Middle East, and Africa as priority regions. His mission will be to structure and accelerate Systancia’s growth strategy by aligning marketing, sales, and partnerships to strengthen the company’s commercial impact in France and abroad.
